The challenge

Pro Rider offers motorcycle training, coaching and vouchers across several regions. Riders needed a clearer path from searching online to finding the right course near them and booking it. The website also needed to connect cleanly with their Arlo booking system which took a considerable amount of custom coding – which we loved!

What we did

  • Built regional SEO location pages so riders can find training in their area
  • Lined up Google Ads with the right landing pages
  • Restructured navigation and course discovery
  • Connected course pages directly to Arlo booking
  • Made vouchers and coaching easier to find
  • Helped build a QR code feedback system to collect rider reviews

Results

  • Visitors spend 16% longer on the site since the relaunch (May to October, compared with the same months last year)
  • New visitors up 9% over the same period
  • Google search impressions doubled between August and October 2026
  • Over 1,200 Google reviews, helped along by the QR feedback system
